What's your best memory of brewing thus far???

Mine was the first pour off my kegorator. I only did 2 batches in bottles before going to kegs and will NEVER go back unless its a special beer I want to age a long time. I was so damn excited I texted the picture of my first pour to a few friends at work. Kinda felt like magic lol.

Drinking a bottle from my first batch and thinking "Well hell, that wasn't horrible..." and then realizing, this isn't as hard as I thought...
It has been all downhill since then...

Racing home to get my wife a change of clothes after her appendix was removed. I took at peek at my hefe fermenting in a bucket... the krausen started coming up out of the airlock and it smelled great, I was like ****, i must have done something right!
