Were and why did you mount your panel there?

Hey guys (that includes girls), I'm about to mount my panel to the wall and was thinking where and why should I put it there? How far should it be from the stand? Any thoughts? Should I get a table and put it there? Should I mount it to a TV wall mount that swings out? I have a 25 gallon electric, 3 pot brewery, if it helps.
