Hey guys looking to design my first imperial stout recipe (only my second recipe ever), and was hoping to get some advice. Shooting for between 8-10% abv. How much/what type of speciality grains do you suggest? Also I was thinking to just do a buttering hop addition? Wanna make sure this is good before spending all the money on grain.
