hey folks, not sure where the best place to ask this is but I'm assuming it can be moved if needed.
I'm looking for any resources that might pertain to the economics of running a microbrewery. Everything from sourcing ingredients to the mechanical setup and maintenance of equipment, hygiene, etc.. I'd also be looking for any good management literature or even on the marketing side that might go along with that. Basically anything on the business of microbrews.
The reason I'm asking is because I'm up for potentially apprenticing at a brewpub and I'm looking to really get educated on some areas I don't know anything about right now.
Thanks
