I'm in Eastern Oregon for the holidays and we are headed to Boise for some shopping today. Anyone have any good recommendations for a bottle shop or two to hit up?

How about the breweries themselves? I found Crooked Fence last time I was in Boise/Meridian.. and had a few VERY nice brews.

Been to both not to bad. Beer Valley usually has different things on tap to sample small time brewery.
Payette Brewing Company only been there once. Place gets busy but really cool to sit down an stare at their fermentation vessels while having their beer.

I've been a fan of the Tripple Pi beer brewed for Flying Pi Pizza by Salmon Brewing. Flying Pi might be a good lunch stop and they fill growlers too. Boise also has some great Basque food that is worth sampling.
I have to agree with the basque place!
Why buy an empty bottle when one full of beer is not much more?
