I actually just read something about that the other night. Heehee. I brewed these more to be a little snarky and come up with a theme when naming them.
 
Well, mashing low did wonders for the barleywine. It seems to have stabilized at 1.020! With an OG of 1.100 or so, this puts the brew right where I wanted it at ~10%! The mild has dried way out, at 1.002. It tastes pretty damn watery. Still thinking of adding a couple pounds DME to bump everything up. Is this a bad idea?
