Default any way?

i have read a recipe that is an extract, but i want to brew it all grain. is there an easy way to figure out how much grain to use when compared to extracts? i want to use the Belgian Pale Ale, "coopers" recipe that is in the jan/feb issue of Zymurgy. im learnin, but slow. thanx for everything so far!!!!!!!!!!

using the formula in my sig but replce 36 with 44 for dme or keep it 36 for lme, don't allow for brewhouse efficiency in either case

example:some ipa (5g)
6#dme
3.3# lme
.5# carapils

add the values from the dme and lme
(6# x 44)+(3.3 x 36)/5g=76.56

76.56 / brewhouse eff(.80 for me)=95.7
95.7 x 5g / 36ppp=13.3# of grain for replacement of all extracts use 2row in this case

extraction calculator
grains in pounds(G) X 36(average points per gallon of grains) / batch size in gallons(g) = maximum efficiency(ME)
OG / ME = brewhouse efficiency
