I have a batch that I thought was ready and put it in the fridge. I have since carbonated it and tasted it and found it to be to young. I need to age it at least another month or 2( 9% maple wheat ale). So now that it is cold, will I skunk the beer if I take it out of the fridge to age at cellar temperature?

No.

Skunking is from UV damage to the hop oils in teh beer that make it bitter. see: Heinekin
Commercial kegs with hand pumps go stale due to oxidation.

As long as you're not putting the keg in the trunk of a car for 2 months, in July, in Arizona...its fine. Temperature extremes are all you need to avoid, so cellar temps will be fine to help it condition sooner than it would in the fridge temp range.
