I need to order that book! In hoping to make a patersbier soon and I I find a place to age bottles, use that yeast cake to make a quasi-trappist

It is a pretty good book. I have this and the farmhouse saison one from same company. Did the same with that book, went out and found a few of the examples in the book to taste and compare to what the author was saying.

Two very good example to study. Yum.

Brew Like a Monk is a great book. I have to go out and get another copy. My dog decided yesterday that she wanted to eat my copy.
