After pasturizing the frozen raspberries and strawberries, I just added them to the secondary. I noticed that after about 15 or 17 hours that there is a new krausen forming. Should i be concerned with too much pressure and the airlock blowing off?

Are you saying you are concerned about the airlock actually being pushed out of the fermenter? That shouldn't happen. An airlock allows pressure to escape from the fermenter.

the karusen your seeing is probably just the fruit floating to the top. this is normal the yeast are eating the sugar and producing CO2 making the fruit float. it probably wont get any worse than a thick mat of fruit on the surface of the brew. it will drop down by itself soon enough.
