Default Is Vienna malt an acceptable replacement for victory malt?

I am about 4 oz short of biscuit malt for a recipe but i have vienna and thought I'd make up the difference.. What do you guys think?

I don't think 4 oz will make much of a discernable difference.

It's not even close. You won't hurt anything, but victory is "toasty". If you want to get close to victory malt and are out of biscuit malt, you could toast some malt in the oven for about 15 minutes until it's toasted.

Toast 2-row at 300*F for 15 minutes... Done. I don't buy biscuit or victory anymore, it's too easy to toast my own, and the flavor is slightly more complex which I really dig.

Dont the toasted malts have to sit in a paper bag for a few days-weeks or something though? to mellow out a harshness or is this something else im thinking about.Im almost out of victory and have a bunch of 2 row now, im thinking about trying this myself now. What is typical to use like 10% of this toasted malt.?Use it as you would use biscuit,right.
