This is my first time scaling a BIAB recipe from 5 gal to 8.5. Please let me know of everything appears to checkout and the recipe in general looks solid. Thanks!

Grains
6.75lb Pilsner 2 Row
1.4lb Caravienne
9.75 White Wheat Malt

Hops
3oz Sazz at 60
1oz Sazz at 5 mins

Yeast
American Wheat Ale

Additional
2oz Rose Hips at 10
1oz Sweet OrangePeel at 10

Thanks for any help! Cheers!

If you want a math check it would help to have your intended OG and efficiency. Eyeballing it I think it looks fine, though I can't comment on the rose hips never used them.

I'm shooting for right around 1.056 OG and efficiency of between 75-80

I'm brewing using BIAB.
