Hey,

Got a bunch of left over hops and trying to use them up. what do you think the hop profile. would you change anything? any suggestions welcome

Wyeast 3522 (techically not saison, but wifey loves it)

Looks like a good recipe, althouh without a saison yeast you'll have something else. Should still be a delicious beer though. If you want to get closer to a saison I would lower the mash temp to really dry it out.
