I am brewing a porter today.
LHBS guy helped me with the recipe.
But I am not sure about the hop additions.
I have 2 oz. of Fuggles pellets @ 4.11% AA.
I was thinking 1.5 oz @ 60 min
and 0.5 oz @ 10 min.

grain bill is
10 lbs maris otter
0.25 lbs brown malt
0.75 lbs kilned coffee malt
1 lb. caramunich 48 L
10 oz. chocolate malt

any suggestions?
Thanks

That is about 30 IBU (Rager.) With 75% efficiency and 5.5 gallons the OG should be about 1.060. I think putting that half oz in as a FWH may be better. You may want a few more IBUs. Or just put them in at 60. Hop flavor is not that important.
