If I have an extract recipe that calls for 0.5 oz cascade at 15 minutes left in the boil...but my cascade has been in my freezer for about 1.5 years, should I bump up how much I put in? Or should I stick with the 0.5 oz? BTW, it's a #9 clone. My other hops are fresh. The hop schedule is 1 oz pearle at 60 min left, 0.5 oz cascade at 15 min, and 0.25 oz williamette at 15 min.
