Has anyone took left over ingridents and threw it together to make a beer... how does it come out?... I'm all grain

No, I'm sure no one has ever done that ;)
If you're looking for suggestions do you have a list of ingredients you want to share?

Chuckle :D

Yep. I have made a few, mostly brews to use up some of my older grain. I haven't made anything really strange based on having weird amounts of different grains then just using them all. I have made something not too far off of a tried recipe.

One of my best was a Brown Ale. Fairly basic base grain then using different specialty malts to get a brown color. Most of them I had seen in brown ale recipes.
