Im new to the brewing addic... Hobby I recently brewed my first batch. Its Still frementing ( 8days so far) and im already thinking about my second batch im going to be doing a honey wheat hefe. And sence im so new I was looking for a little help on the hops to choose. I was thinking about hallertauer or tettnanger.
This is my first recipe
Heres what ive got so far
6 lbs wheat dme
1lb honey malt
1lb barley flaked
1.5 lbs honey (havent decied on type yet)
Wlp380

But im unsure on the hops.
Any advice on the hops and the recipe would be apprecated

Thanks

I think you would be pretty safe with any of the noble hops variety for a hefe. I used hallertauer with my hefe (paulaner clone) and it turned out great. My 5 gallon batch barely lasted two weeks.
