I'm going to brew my first Baltic Porter this week with the grist loosely based on Jamil's recipe from BCS. I like the way the grain bill looks but I don't have the hops he lists. What would be a good hop for a Baltic Porter? I have Hallertau, Perle, Liberty, German Magnum, and quite a few others available to me. Right now, I'm leaning towards a bittering addition of Perle and aroma addition of Hallertau.

I've read to use a spicy hop in place of the Lublin which Jamil recommends. I'll be brewing a Baltic in a few weeks using Saaz hops.
