So I'm trying my hand at a Gruit (no hops) beer, and I figured a Baltic Porter would both match and mellow the radical flavor profile
I've got a basic plan, Specialty Grain Extract (haven't invested in a full AG setup yet), and I was hoping I could pick some brains/ get some advice. To start, I'm not using a lager yeast more for lack of a cold enough location, but if this works out I plan to try it for the second brewing.
EDIT: How do I change it so it doesn't show "All Grain" at the top, I must have missed the option when I made the thread?
