In an IPA... What could I use as a substitute for Galaxy hops? I was thinking centennial or Amarillo.

There really isn't one. It's quite unique. I would say it's kinda like citra/centennial and a noble hop combined into one.

What can you get?

I'm thinking of switching it out for citra. Going to LHBS tomorrow after work. Hopefully they have a replacement. Both have lots of fruity flavor so... We'll see.

galaxy is basically the NZ citra, that's what i'd go for if they have it

Thanks for all the help guys/girls. I found a local HB store in Hope valley, RI that has the Galaxy and Mosaic hops I need.
