Imagine you have terrible friends who don't know what hops are or what they contribute to a good beer. We'll call them BMC drinkers.

Also imagine that you will be brewing up a simple 5 gallon pale ale and splitting it between 2 2.5 gal kegs and dry hopping in the keg.

What 2 different hops would you use to show the variety that exists in hops, without scaring off the timid?

There are no wrong answers here.
 
Citra and Cascade. I think that Citra is fruity enough to make any beer drinker go "Wow! Hops can taste like this?!" and Cascade is just plain delightful.
 
Centennial for American style flavors and Saaz/ Hallertau for noble (classic) flavors
