ok i drummed up this so far off of what i have in stock on me
(5 gal) i typically get around 65-69% eff

10.00 lb Marris Otter (Bairds) (2.8 SRM) Grain 83.33 %
0.50 lb Barley, Flaked (1.7 SRM) Grain 4.17 %
0.50 lb Carafa III (525.0 SRM) Grain 4.17 %
0.50 lb Carapils (Briess) (1.5 SRM) Grain 4.17 %
0.50 lb Light Carastan (17.0 SRM) Grain 4.17 %
0.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] (Dry Hop 3 days) Hops -
0.50 oz Citra [12.40 %] (Dry Hop 3 days) Hops -
0.50 oz Chinook [13.00 %] (Dry Hop 3 days) Hops -
3.00 oz Simcoe [12.20 %] (20 min) Hops 65.6 IBU
1.00 oz Citra [13.60 %] (10 min) Hops 14.6 IBU
0.50 oz Chinook [11.00 %] (10 min) Hops 5.9 IBU
0.50 oz Simcoe [12.20 %] (5 min) Hops 3.6 IBU

The marris Otter and Carafa III are already mixed together

the rest is separate from my leftovers
I also have 6 oz of Black Patent and 8 oz of British Crystal II
I also have about 2 more oz of amarillo and citra and a 4 more oz of simcoe available.


this look ok or should i tweak differently with what i have on hand?
