My new kettle, on left, 82qt Bayou Classic, next to 80 qt Blichmann Boilermaker.

The Bayou was $149 with free shipping, Same 18ga SS as the Blichmann. It is destined to become an electric HLT. The fittings I ordered for valves, HERMs coil, etc, cost more than the kettle did :drunk:

Very sweet, you will like that bayou classic. I have the 62 qt one for my boil kettle, and I love it.
 
I wish the 62qt Bayou didn't have the bead rolled around the upper lip. I had to cut two slits to get my false bottoms into the pots. I love the straight sides of your new kettle.
