Default Keg Tap. What is this kind called?

A few quick questions:

1. I know it is a keg tap, but what is it called. Is it used anymore for anything?

2. Anyone want this thing? If you can get to Cincinnati I will take just about anything in trade for it.

I got it from a guy on craigslist. I got this tap, a sanske tap, faucet, co2 tank and a regulator for $40. The tank was very old but I am hoping to exchange it.

Yes. And they are still used on some commercial kegs of root beer.

And in many brewpubs, though they generally don't distribute their kegs to individuals, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks guys. I have it on craigslist for $10. I doubt anyone will buy it.
