Three corny kegs, a CO2 tank, single gauge
pressure regulator, quarter turn on/off valve, and hoses with quick
disconnects from the tank to the keg, and from the keg to tap (the
plastic picnic tap type).

$100 for all

Yes thats a good deal. You didn't say how big the co2 tank was, but generally people pay 50-85 for an empty 5lbs tank and another 25-50 for a regulator. Kegs are generally 20-30 each, though you can sometimes find good deals and get them cheaper.

I say jump on it, quickly before someone else does.
