Hi everyone,

It has been 10 plus years since I have looked at home brewing. But now that my kids are older, I am ready to jump back in. I have 3 friends that want to invest with me, and would like to get a system that is easy to use and replicate good beers. In searching and reading these boards it had been totally overwhelming.

Her is what my initial thoughts are, (I have experience with extract and all grain brews). I was thinking of a 20 gal system and a cooled conical fermintator.

I am looking for system suggestions, since things are way more advanced than they were 10 years ago. As well ad blogs to get my procedures down pat with this larger system. Also the different cleaning processes with pumps etc etc.

I have tried just reading the boards but with everyone doing parts differently, my eyes were spinning.

Thanks in advance for all the advice.
