3. Why would you send me a replacement if you didn't receive the first one?
You wouldn't.
4. You sent me an item that you don't even have listed on your Amazon
store. I have documented screenshots of what you have listed on your Amazon
store. The damaged "replacement item" that you sent me, was not posted on
there.
