Hello All

Just wondering if anyone has used these for fermenting big batches:

I have 4 of these 55 gallon containers, all food grade, with an airtight steal, Id like to get some big lager batches brewed before the hot weather gets here, and with these I could ferment 200+ liters, enough to fill 4 of my import sanke kegs. let me know what you think, if you've ever ever fermented on this scale and have some advice on pitching the yeast any help would be great.

Thanks
Tom

First you will need a way of controlling the temps. Then you will need a way to transfer the wort.
Other then that it would not be a problem.
I use one of these as an MLT and I have some 15 gallon barrels like that I use as fermenters.
