Huh? How do you think the big boys carbonate? 1-2 days at high pressure in a bright tank with a beer stone.
I am a home brewer, not a brewery.
1-2 days? More like 20 minutes to an hour usually.
I guess that's why you're fast andy but I've learned that my beer is brewed best with careful patience.
Remember that even if a brewery carbs their beer up in 20 minutes, it's not served that day
Exactly. Also they have atleast $100k+ in equipment and years of experience using it. For my homebrewing, set and forget will be my choice.
 
Are you sure you aren't just talking green beer??

Like I said before I thought when I burst carb I get bigger bubbles initially, and they become more fine over time (I remember that also when bottle conditioning, you need to keep them in the fridge for a couple days and the carbonation sets in), I didn't notice a bite, but maybe that has something to do with it.
