I recently have have found a new love in my life...My Bock. This year is my first brewing and only having 30gal under my belt, I cant seem to get that Bock off my mind. I just went out and purchased another batch while the weather is still cold. Its like you cant live without it.

So I ask you. Whats your favorite beer you brew and why.

Mine was a Belgian Wit (white) that was bought MidWest. - so I was just cooking someone elses idea ;) But it tasted dang good I plan to make it atleast 1 time this summer.

While it was great cold, even at room temp (70's) it was still very palatable.

Mine is my nut brown. It was my first AG beer, and I've been tweaking it for 4 batches now, but I can't seem to get enough of it. In fact, it's one of the big reasons I'm going to be moving to 10 gallon batches, so I can have 2 kegs per brew session...once the 1st kicks, I'll do another batch...gotta keep the pipeline flowing!

I have seasonal favorites. Fall / Winter - chocolate stout, Spring / Summer - IPA, Summer / Fall - Hefe's.

I 'discovered' cream of three crops this year as well. It's going into the 'daily beer' rotation. :)

I'm pretty sure that it will be my barley wine. It apparently has 284 IBUs (but then again, it's not very accurate, I used 11 ounces of hops for a 5 gallon batch though). It's been fermenting for 2.5 weeks and I took a SG reading recently. I drank what was in the hydrometer and it was intense (10.21% abv). I don't think that reading will go down any lower than it was. However, the flavor of it was pretty decent. I'm going to let it sit for about another month, then bottle condition for another 3-6 months.

However, I can already tell that it will be a great beer.

My porter, it was my second all grain batch and it was awesome! I have yet to brew the same thing twice but this along with my witbier and brown ale that i'm sipping on now will be brewed over and over again. I was a BMC'er until a coworker who is a homebrewer and got me started in all this showed me the light.:mug:

I like to get outside of the box. My favorite is a brown Coffey porter, and an agave ale that i haven't perfected yet but it's a really different beer.
