No, not a rant. I just hate it when I run out of beer. Ran out of apfelwine and IPA on the same day, then started drinking a batch that has been sitting around cause it's flavor was "less than expected." That keg blew today, and now I'm left with some brew that has been sitting around because it was REALLY "less than expected." Worst part is I've been too busy to brew much lately, and I've got 3 wks min. till there's more on tap!

This ever happen to you?

That's been a consitent problem for me and my bro. We opted to start doing 10 gallon batches so we'll have 2 kegs at a time instead of 1. Plus we have been brewing mid-week instead of just the weekend. Hopefully that will solve the problem. I hate running out of beer!

I thought this was a re-make of a Family Guy episode when Peter has a nightly show on Quahog New. "You know what really grinds my gears, Lindsey Lohan!!"

Same boat, my fault. I bottled my lager Tuesday, bottling apfelwien tonight, and I have 2 sixers to last me those 3 weeks. I think I'm gonna have to spend some $ on commercial....
