This is by far the knarleyest homebrew set up I have ever seen.
Watch is set up video, then I have his step one video. Click on the video to watch two and three. I have truly never seen anything like this. I never have even thought of this.

Copy and paste this in the address bar

Does any one know why you can't embed youtube videos in the forum so they will show the video instead of the link?
 
Talk about a cool electric setup, if you went that direction. Time to start watching Craigslist for gutted restaurant equipment, I guess. My IHOP I worked at when I was 18 event had a three-basin sink setup- no need for a HL tank.
 
I would love to do that to my garage. I'd probably get castrated for doing it, but yeah, that's pretty cool.
 
I would go insane with that setup, im way to organized to ever want to have a setup that all over the place. Although the sinks were an interesting setup as opposed to the traditional kettles.
 
I have watched all for videos. I wonder if he got that idea from somewhere or drew up the plans. He has got to be an engineer of some sort. All the pumps and stuff, he can control his mash temp by dialing in the temp on a button pad.
Crazy...
