Does the below best represent a production schedule, or fleet of kegs or both?

keg 1 - iIPA dry hopped 8.5%ABV (not on tap)
keg 2 - iIPA no dry hops 8.5%ABV (in the mini fridge)
keg 3 - Stout 7.5%ABV (full and carbed - in closet 67F)
keg 4 - Stout 7.5%ABV (on tap #3)
keg 5 - iIPA no dry hops 8.5%ABV (on tap #2)

Great thread. Chest-beating much? I can't physically roll my eyes any harder.

If you brew for a job, great, sounds fun. Why spend your spare time in a homebrew forum pretending that's a badge of distinction, not a job? Call your kegs whatever you want, call them Susan.

"I only drink Bud Light. I brew just because I want to fit in."
"I'm a pro-brewer with a production schedule and a fleet of kegs."
"I just vomited into my primary. Is it still ok?"
"The secret to perfectly carbonated beer is to fart into the bottles before filling them."

We were just talking about vomit beer here yesterday. Today, too, I think. It's what we pros do.
