Yet another fermentation controller setup $25

I got the ideas from the forum and man I'm glad I did this instead of buying one. Not only is it much cheaper ($25 total parts) but it does heating and cooling. Took about 1 hour start to finish and it's "burning" in right now ready for my first beer this weekend.
