so i never pull my lids until after at least a week, sometimes two, but thought, since i pitched double yeast after freaking out that the beer did not start soon enough, i would take a gravity reading. I saw that it was still fermenting, due to the bubbles, but it looked like dry yeast was floating on top......i recon it could be yeast that i pitch the second time that was not needed, but just wanted to ask and make sure. Thanks!
