Yeast

Made my first home-brew today, but one question did I do wrong by stirring the yeast in? The instructions said to add the small packet of yeast, I did then stirred it in, but I have had a look on the company's website and it said to sprinkle it on top.

Any help would be appreciated

Just had a look and it looks like it has floated to the top,

You're fine. You're supposed to add the yeast and let it sit for a few minutes before stirring/aerating your wort, but your beer should be fine.

Well I did leave it sitting on top for a moment, thanks for writing and telling me it is ok
