So... i made a starter on Saturday with the intention of brewing a spiced ale
today as it was my day off. but i was called into work as Shrek banged out.
now my next day off is Friday. how long will this starter last? can i tweak it some dme, or should i say flocc it get fresh yeast?? :mug:

Then carefully decant (pour off) most of the clear starter beer from the top, leaving the slurry and a little bit of beer behind, so you can swirl it up before pitching. Let it come to room temps while you're brewing.
