Yeast starter

I recently bought a yeast starter kit from NB for the NB India Pale Ale extract kit I had purchased the week before. The yeast starter instructions differ depending on whether you have a low, medium, or high OG.

What I need to know is whether NB's India Pale Ale is considered high or medium Gravity with an OG of 1.064?

1.064 is kind of on the high end of medium. A lot of instructions call anything over 1.070 a "big beer", but it's really all relative and kinda arbitrary. But FWIW, I'd go with medium-high.
