How long can you leave a yeast starter in the fridge before you need to re-do or feed it again?
I had a planned brew day on Feb 2nd in which I started a 2L starter on Jan 31st. My brew day got cancelled so I put the starter in the fridge on Feb 2nd. I'm wanting to use the starter this Thursday, Feb 13th.
The yeast is REALLY settled out and it'd be nice to decant this off, let the yeast warm up a bit and use it. My question is has it been in the fridge too long? Do I need to feed it again before using it?
The yeast is WLP066 London Fog.
Thanks in advance.
