Hello I have bought a extract kit and have a question on yeast. Recipe is mangrove jack blonde 1.5kg/ black rock light liquor malt 1.5kg/ 250gm crushed carpils malt/ 150gm wheat dried malt/ 25gm Amarillo hops/ 11.5gm safale us5 and 5gm yeast do I add salale and yeast or is the safale in there to substitute the yeast if so do I add all 11gm thanks hope u can understand all that.

Punctuation would really help get your meaning across. Assuming I can figure out what you're asking: Safale US-05 is a kind of yeast. That's probably what you want to use in your beer. I don't know what the "5g yeast" is for, but it's probably not necessary.

Yes, add all of the Safale US-05.

Some kits come with a dry yeast packet under the lid on the malt extract can. Not sure what variety, but you'll do well with 11g of Safale.
