I made a batch of English brown ale three days ago. 18 hours in the fermentation began. It was very rapid. One day later it stopped completely. Today it still hasn't done anything at all. Any thoughts?
I've had beers completely ferment out in 12 hours. And some take 2 weeks.
Get in and take a hydrometer reading. If you are at final gravity, sit back and let the yeast clean up after itself for another 2 weeks.![]()
