I made a batch of mead yesterday, maybe I'm being a bit impatient, but im concerned my yeast is not starting. I even added yeast nutrient. What can I do if it does not start.

72 degrees. instructions said 70-75. Is there anything I can do if it does not start.

Worry about that in a week.

You're fine, give it time. It will be in there for 4 months anyways. No need to worry about it unless you have to. Put it in a dark closet, wrap in a towel, and walk away.

I noticed the airlock is now going off every couple of minutes, is that a good sign. I'm just used to beer and usually by next day airlock is going crazy.
