Yesterday I bottled my first batch of beer. I used a mesh net on the end of the racking cane since I dry hopped. I think that disturbed some of the yeast cake, along with my inexperience. I noticed the last couple liters racking to my bottling bucket I was picking up some of the yeast sediment from the bottom. My question is, should I be worried, or will I just have to be a little cautious pouring my beers, not to disturb the excess yeast at the bottom?

You could have probably waited for it to settle in the bucket. Usually, it is only the last bottle that gets sediment. I usually save that one for propagation. As for a bottles with extra sediment racked in, they will probably taste ok as long as you don't drink the sediment.
