Trying to help, but still not following. So, you built a starter to about 1.032 sg. Nice. I assume you boiled your DME for 5 minutes or more then cooled. If you only brought it to 180f, then I'll leave it to others to post as to what that could cause or not. It looks like it took off, and is now settling. What is it that you are concerned about? What the SG now?
 
I cleaned everything with 180 water and iodine not at the same temp,sorry a little drunk, did the starter got it to about 1.032 at around 58oz for head space it's hefe yeast well Bavarian wheat pitched at around 60 and is sitting on
My bar at 62 havnt takin a gravity just made it yesterday
 
Looks like some hop material. Don't use hops in starters, there is no reason to.
