I opened my american wheat after about a month of not touching it and saw these. What are they and is my beer messed up?

Given they are the same color as the krausen ring I'd say its yeast that didn't drop to the bottom. But I like the term yeast raft.

Give it a taste and you'll know pretty well whether it's caused by something bad.

Edit: to get rid of them you could sanitize a spoon or ladle or something of the sort and scoop them out. Or if you're bottling I would just rack into the bottling bucket and try not to suck a lot of it up as you did.

Perfectly normal, and totally harmless. Don't go sticking spoons and stuff in there - just leave it alone and they'll either sink in due course, or, if they're still floating when it's time to rack to the bottling bucket, they'll get left behind.

Looks like bacon grease. :p

Or remnants of krausen and bits of hops. Normal. Not harmful. As said, if you want them out, a spoon or syphon out from under them.
