I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could find equipment for sale to start a commercial business so people can come and brew their own beer at my store. There used to be one near me (which is how I got into homebrewing) that closed and I'm considering opening one up.

The equipment would essentially consist of a series of 30-50 gallon tanks. Since each batch of beer would be fermented individually in buckets there would be no need for large fermenters. I checked the NABS website but didn't see anything. I know there are other businesses like this around so the equipment (new or used) is coming from somewhere!

Thanks.

If people would use their own buckets to ferment, what are the huge tanks for?

For boiling. The store that was open near me had about 8 boiling tanks so multiple people could be brewing at the same time. You ended up taking home about 15-20 gallons so the tanks were pretty large.
