I have my three sankes ready to be punched out so if anybody can loan me a 13/16 and 1 1/4 knock out punch ill pay shipping both ways and will throw in a pliney the elder for you trouble if you wish. I onlyneed them for a day or so to punch these out so you dont have to worry about them floating around forever. Thanks sean

I could get you the 1 1/4 and a 3/4 with a step bit if ur interested

1 1/4 and 3/4 punch? I already have a step bit but as i was drilling out my panel last night with the step bit it was making me realize how much of a pain it would be to do all the keg holes. If you have those punches that would be great. I have a metal burr i can throw on the die grinder and reem the hole out a bit.

My step bit, Dewalt and some cuttining oil blew right thru mine with no problem. I think most people forget the cutting oil and struggle.

If you have a uni bit already, I would just use that. With a little oil, it should burn right through it. Just check the size after each step to make sure you don't make it too big. If youu still want the punches, i'll send em to you. I take it you're using a hand punch, or do you have a hydraulic pump? The threads should be the same, but maybe someone else knows for sure.

A hole saw with slow speed and a spay bottle with water is what was recommended by a local machinist and it worked great for me.
