Looking at brewing this over winter break, first attempt at making an oatmeal stout. Any thoughts or inputs would be appreciated.

hmm, haven't read a whole lot about racking onto chocolate. I think what I have read is people use powdered baking chocolate? I do love chocolate oatmeal stouts...so I will have to do some reading on it.
