Hello,
I've been brewing for a couple of years, but have never had this problem before. As I am recirculating the wort into the mash ton, the wort I get back is still full of grains, and I have recirculated many times. What exactly can I do at this point? Any advice?

what kind of screen / manifold are you using in the mash tun? I would check to make sure there aren't any holes and also make sure the connections are tight to the valve.

Other possibility is you over crushed your grains too fine and they are getting through, but I would put money on my first option.

What kind of filtration do you use ( manifold, false bottom, steel braid)? I assume you are recirculating enough wort since you havnt had this issue before, so Id also say check for some kind of leak in your manifold or FB, whichever you use.
