I have been brewing in my shed for a while now. I recently discovered that my sister in laws mom is a boss at a local manufacturer...what do they make you ask...foam insulation.. underlayments .. all sorts of stuff. I have access to all of the scrap insulation I can haul SOOO we have been insulating the brew shed to make winter brewing ( and summer once the AC is installed) more enjoyable. The issue I am worrying about is that previously the shed was so open that I never worried about CO2 or moisture. Now it SHOULD be pretty tightly closed up. It is a 12x16 and has a very high ceiling but I am still concerned. Do you guys think I need to install a hood and fans and vent through the roof? OR maybe a couple of fans behind the brewstand blowing out through louvers? I am not concerned with the moisture for the insulation ( this stuff is moisture proof. I have a pile of it and water just puddles up on it. But I am worried with the plywood walls but again mainly CO2... Any suggestions?
